“Grounds are beautiful and well taken care of”

“Personale gentile”

“Place was poorly maintained. Shower tiles had black mold, shower door did not shut all the way. Water leaked out to floor. Faucet fixture was broken though it worked, looked very dilapidated. Tiles were missing. Walls were very thin. Can hear anyone pushing their room codes in and conversations. Housekeeping was also noisy as they move their carts and walk around. Front desk staff were not hospitable. They barely noticed when we stepped in or out. No greeting whatsoever. Few hangers in wardrobe.……

“We read some really bad reviews about this hotel, but we booked very late during high season, so had to take a chance. The experience was much better than we feared--definitely overall positive, even though the hotel could use a general refresh and a more varied breakfast selection. We had an issue with the AC, but the staff corrected it immediately when we asked them to switch it on from downstairs. No biggie. We liked the proximity to the beach; the room was spacious enough, with good light……

“Struttura ben tenuta. Colazione a buffet ottima In piscina c'è troppo caos nell orario bimbi.

“Great spot right near Montesilvano beach. Staff very friendly”
