“The staff steal from guests. We were charged for the night that we paid for on expedia a second time. 4 other guests reported being charged double for their stay as we were checking out. They copied my credit card information and attempted to make an online purchase from ubisoft for $2699.99 usd and my credit card had to be canceled to prevent them from making more charges. Another card was taken from our room and was also used to make purchases online. We are in the process of making a formal……

“O atendimento foi bom, o café da manhã é bem variado e gostoso, fica bem perto de tudo no centro. Um ponto que achei ruim foi a forma de conectar o wi-fi no celular e na tv do quarto.”

“The location of the hotel is good because it is at Rio Branco downtown. But I had a terrible experience with the hotel. First, staff were rude. Second, they charged an extra fee because I have a person with me in the room that was for 3 people. Third, air conditioning and TV in the bedroom were not properly working (to be fair, they come to fix after I requested). Fourth, room was very small. One can find better place in Rio Branco for about the same cost. I don’t recommend staying there. ”
