“Nice and clean hotel”

“We had to pay again at the premise. No aircon. Locked room behind metal door Really not good Please refund as we have now paid twice Also they teckin they are not on Expedia? ”

“The hotel is located in a scenic area and was very nice place to unwind from stress however there were some things that the management team needs to urgently rectify. Upon arrival, the hotel manager informed us that they were no longer affiliated to Expedia whom we booked and paid the hotel to. You can imagine what was going through my mind as I had paid a huge significant amount of money to Expedia. Fortunately Mandy the manager was helpful in reassuring us that all will be sorted out.
