"Loved the staff! We lived at the hotel for 20 days and everyone was very pleasing! The only down thing is that the rooms did not have cooktop and we were not allowed to get single duvets (I shared the room with my mom and my 2-year old son) because we had a king sized bed. Other than that, we enjoyed the experience in a whole and the breakfast was very diverse as well. The whole staff of the Manaus Hotéis Millennium deserves a raise. They are very nice and hard working people!"

"Hotel Intercity is a good place to stay while waiting for your cruise or river boat. The included breakfast is good. There are no USB ports in the rooms. Electricity supply may not be adequate to charge your devices. The tourist agency with a desk in the hotel can book your transfers and tours. The agent will accept credit cards for payment. "Upon checking in we were informed of a R$84 service fee even though we had reserved and paid in advance through Expedia. Then we were informed that the pool was closed for the day. The check in process took about 25 minutes and then they were unable to give us key cards for our room. Each time we wanted to get into our room someone from the hotel had to go with us to let us in. At 10:30 pm at night someone knocked on our door to give us a key card. Other than this, everything else was great. "
