“The standing of this hotel which claims, boasts and advertises as luxurious was really disappointing. Premises are ageing, amenities and food offer very basic and the standards of both cleanliness and comfort not really satisfying.”

“Rooms were well cleaned and maintained. Staff was really helpful.. The place has a nice pool to relax and games to play. Location was the only challenge”

“Staff very good helpful and friendly. Nice pool and comfortably beds.”

“It was a tremendous experience and i'm happy that we chose this place. The nature with the all the partly unique animals and insects was breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and helped us with everything. We hope we will come back again!”

“住宿舒服，环境优美，还会推荐朋友们去”

“酒店大堂很宽敞漂亮，游泳池很大，沙滩上的躺椅也很气派。 早餐和晚餐的自助餐都不错 通往房间的走道有些狭小，房间也不太宽敞，家具也偏简单，没有五星酒店的应有的样子。”

“The Riff is a beautifully designed hotel, immaculately maintained and wonderfully organised. The staff are warm, friendly, and attentive, the food is absolutely delicious, and the location is perfect. We have loved our stay and can’t wait to return!”

“The property was clean and convenient. The staff were helpful when requested. However, maintenance work has to be carried out in the apartment. The shower and the sink in the bathroom got flooded when used. The stove and the washing machine were malfunctioning. And the room was not cleaned during the period, though the terms and conditions state that it would be cleaned after the 5th day.”
