“This is a very modest hotel providing triple excellent service. I did have a slight delayed check in due to the receptionist who spoke very little English not understanding my insistence of prior booking despite having the corroborative evidence. Eventually I was given keys to the room and settled into my stay. It is located pretty central to most vital iconic landmarks including Museums, restaurants and supermarkets. The airconditioned room allocated was small but very clean. Buffet Breakfast……

“My room was quite big and it was quiet and comfortable. It was quite modern, so there were already some signs of wear and tear visible. The WiFi connection was good (fast enough for online meetings). I arrived in the morning after an overnight flight. When I arrived, they immediately started cleaning a room for me, and after a short wait I was able to get a room earlier than the check-in time. While waiting, the operations manager came to introduce herself and show the breakfast area. The……
