"Airport pickup was excellent after a late flight arrival, helpful at arrivals lounge and arranged car straight to hotel. Organised very early basic breakfast for next day. Bed and room were clean but bathroom needs maintenance, sink not draining and broken towel rail. Bed ok but pillows lumpy. Overall what we need for short overnight stay. Fit for purpose."
