"We’ve reserved a family room, but at our arrival they gave us two separate rooms for three children and two adults. They don’t have family rooms. The rooms we reserved didn’t have water during the day, so they changed the rooms to another facility. One of the new rooms the toilet was not working and air conditioner were not working for both! It was a difficult stay."

"This was my second stay as I liked the first. I must take it account the very low price. This was great given the low amount I paid. The room was spacious and has a balcony. Breakfast was included It is close to Cotisse bus station. They were very accommodating and easy to communicate with prior. They bought bus tickets for me and all the staff I met were friendly. Their English wasn’t great. It is a shared bathroom. "

"We enjoyed the room, it’s spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel pool was large and nice to swim in. The included breakfast had hot items and many other items. The only complaint is the receptionist did not give me the balcony room I prepaid. Said the hotel was full but I sure didn’t see that many people there…so the hotel itself was great but I didn’t feel like I was treated fairly. "

"We appreciated the free airport pickup. Decent size room with a comfortable bed. AC was good and strong. Breakfast buffet had plenty of items (including gluten free items) but not a lot of protein. Dinner was excellent. The hotel is situated in the middle of a busy part of town with few tourist restaurants. Seems safe to walk around but we didn’t feel comfortable eating the many street food places. Staff were friendly and helpful. "
