"We had the best room, we had a great view and 2 bedrooms with living room and kitchen. We had an amazing experience and the staff and amenities was fantastic. "It was very expensive for this the service was v bad the butler service was just a joke I was so shocked about the water came out v dirty in bath tub I don’t recommend this hotel never gonna book ever again v disappointed want to request money back for this hotel. "Staff are excellent and very courteous. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food has a good selection and well presented. Only downside is it is a little remote for doing stuff in the city centre but only 10mins in a taxi. On the other hand its location is very close to the airport!"
