"Staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel was clean and had nice decor. Room was spacious and temperate. Breakfast selection was minimal. Hot selection was cold, and inedible. Room 303 shared two walls with the lift shaft, and as such every time the lift was used the noise would wake us."

"I've booked a 3 nights room at Opera hotel last minute and we've been definitely surprised how well it turned the whole experience there. The rooms are goood for the price, clean - so important as we have a newborn and a toddler. Really pleased with the stay and will recommend it. "

Not only is she professional and efficient but she is also friendly and delightful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The kind of person who makes a short stay memorable. The room was a good size, the bed comfortable and the breakfast fresh and plentiful. We were also able to use the dining room to order in some food rather than going out to a restaurant.
