The room was in poor condition and significantly below the standard advertised. The air conditioning was broken, making the room very uncomfortable. The bathroom contained black mold in several locations, towels were stained, water pressure was weak, and water temperature was inconsistent. The sheets and towels were threadbare, lamps on the bedside tables were unusable because there were no nearby outlets, and the draperies had large holes. Overall, the property was shabby, dirty, and not as described on Hotels.com. I brought these issues to the attention of the hotel staff, but they were rude and appeared unconcerned about the problems. No meaningful effort was made to address the situation. Neither hotels.com nor the staff would help me cancel with a refund. I was charged for 3 nights I didn't stay.

Desidert den dårligste hotellet jeg har opplevd på lenge. Veldig skuffende - når hotellet er godt vurdert på Hotels.com så lurer jeg på hvordan er det egentlig mulig? Jeg fikk 3 loppe bitt og på badet luktet råte når en startet å dusje. Dårlig såpe/sjampo og håndklær med hull/flekker. Aircondition som ikke fungerer og kjøleskap som ikke blir kaldt men er lunken. Kjøleskap, TV og lys i en løs støpsel på gulvet. Når vi kom til frokost det var tomt for mat og resepsjonisten løp mellom resepsjonsarbeid, servering av frokost og vasking/rydding av bord. Vi ble også jaget bort fra laderen av en person som kom i full fart med en suv på parkeringsplassen som måtte lades med en gang. Det rare var at jeg så vedkommende etterpå inne på et av kontorene bak resepsjonen når jeg kom inn for å kaste noe søppel - og det virket ikke som at det var en gjest… og det hastet??? Vaskedama gjorde sikkert det hun kunne men det virket at hun var kun utstyrt med en håndkurv med forskjellige vaskemidler og sengetøy som var tatt ut av rom ble plassert på gulvet ved døren. Inngangen har trapp som mangler gelender på den ene siden, m.m. Hvordan kan hotellet ha 4 stjerner og bare gode reviews?

Am stat o noapte, dar aș fi mai rămas încă câteva zile, daca as fi putut. Camera curata, breakfast excellent, divers and foarte bun. Great shirt stay!

Wir hatten Pech mit der jungen Dame an der Rezeption. Freundlichkeit ist etwas anderes. Alle anderen Mitarbeiter engagiert! Das Frühstück ist gut, aber fast kein Obst und das im Sommer?
