“Clean room. Rustic setting with beautiful surroundings. Great water pressure in the hotel portion. Staff responded promptly to WhatsApp messages. Not too far (30 minutes drive) from the town of Pucon.
I would have liked to have had access to a kettle to make my own coffee and tea in my hotel room (they had these in the cabins) and an iron to press my own clothing as this was a wedding event.
I did use the hotel laundry services to re: press my suit and shirt and they did a great job for $10.……

“This is excellent choice if you are staying for longer period of time in Pucon. It is in walking distance to city center and lake Villarrica.It does have a secured parking. The lofts are comfortable and spacious. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook if you choose to do so. The host was very helpful and we received a complimentary bottle of wine.”

“Great large and clean room. Friendly and very accommodating staff. We had very nice and quiet 3nights and breakfasts. The only thing to know was that the hotel is located a bit out of Pucon and if you try to get to Pucon in the evening you will very possibly hit traffic at tge entrance of town. Except that, everything was great”

“There’s nothing I enjoy more than coming back to a place after two years and being remembered. Everyone was eager to provide anything I needed, from towels to every small detail.
I truly felt that the staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable. The rooms were perfectly clean, and the location is fantastic. If you’re going to Pucón, I don’t think you’ll find a better spot.”
