"The hotel staff were super friendly and professional. The room and the hallways smelled wonderful. I wanted to ask what was the secret ;) The bartender was awesome. My husband and I love country music and even though everything is full on Spanish, the bartender made us feel at home. One of the best margaritas I have ever tasted and I have tasted a few. Keep up the great work!"

"too expensive for what the hotel actually offers, To get to the beach you have to cross many puddles and dirty places, They don't care about the guest, the elevator doesn't work and you have to go up 4 levels"

"I did not have hot water. they did not provide the morning breakfast they advertised.I had no internet in my room. I stayed 2 nights and no one came to change the bedding or the towels and give bathroom amenities."
