"Lovely hotel, really clean and the space was perfect. Our room came with a mini fridge, which was pretty useful. The location is not ideal, as it is quite far from the center, but we already knew that when we booked it. Reaching the center by public transport is relatively easy, so wasn’t that big of a deal. We didn’t get the breakfast, as we found it quite expensive so I don’t know what it looks like. They even printed our train tickets for us for free which was really appreciated. Overall we had a really great stay at this hotel "

"I booked a 2 twin-bed room for myself and another lady friend. But at arrival, the staff told us that they by mistake booked all twin bed rooms out, and did not keep one for us. I asked for a free upgrade to a second room, but being refused. As a result, we two ladies had to share a king bed for the night. Fortunately they moved us to a twin bedroom the next day. "

"Such a great hotel for a long weekend break, the rooms are well appointed, clean and functional with a feel of premium about them. Room service was excellent and the breakfast is a must, such a wide variety of choice and quality.. don’t miss out. Location is a 20 minute walk from the city centre which in the nice weather we had was a pleasure, not so sure in the cold and wet, but it was perfect for us and its location is across the road from the main train station for easy access to the airport. Roof top bar is nice, again, if the weather is good, overall this was an excellent choice and well priced with quality room and service. "

"My apartment was very nice, clean, and just big enough. It would hv been nice to have some drawers but I made do with the 2 shelves in the closet. There needs to be some “how to” directions on how to work the stove top and also where to turn on the lights by the vent above the stovetop. I had to get Lilly (front desk) to come up to my room and show me how to locate and operate it all. Lilly was wonderful -helpful, and very sweet. I really liked that you could stock up on coffee pods as well as dishwasher and wash machine pods too. You just need to let folks know of this convenience at check in. Location was great too. Very quiet -surprising since the main train station is so close. Billa and Spar for grocery needs very handy to have so close. Having a full gym was also a wonderful amenity and I used it almost every day. I would stay there again. "

"Breakfast was great, it’s the usual European breakfast. The room was huge. Lots of space for luggage. Only doesn’t have a fridge. But overall it was a great stay and would consider this if I need to stay near Wien hbf"
