Brand new hotel, extremely comfortable and in excellent condition. Staff is warm, friendly and knowledgeable for visitors. They helped us experience the culture and "real" Turkey instead of the tourist locations. Exceptional breakfasts, served individually instead of buffet style.

This hotel was just perfect for us. Not only was it clean and the staff very kind, but the hotel itself is very charming and comfortable.

Room & balcony huge for 3 star hotel, I like that the balcony is private - I've stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels where there is no divider between balconies and everyone can see you or start talking to you which is annoying if you want privacy, but Ponz hotel balcony is complete privacy and great! The hospitality from the host was amazing, the area is walking distance to some landmark, restaurants and downtown. The hotel was extremely clean and Cozy, no elevator to go upstairs, just narrows stairs. In general We love the hotel and atmosphere.
