“My husband and I vacationed at this hotel on October 21-27, 2024. And from the very beginning, we were in for a lot of disappointments: 1) they checked us into a room with cigarette butts and the smell of cigarettes. 2) they changed the room, but now it had a broken toilet wrapped in red tape. 3) the website says that there is a choice between 4 a la carte restaurants, but in fact we came on the very first day and were told that there was no choice and they could only enroll us in a fish……

“3 good things : house keeping, the swimming pool and the staff at the restaurants … other wise 1- my room in first tower had a bad sewage smell from the sink and I had called for it , solution was draining but it continued to smell I gave up 2- reception desk : attitude - they are like kings no smile , very rigid , and overall unhelpful we asked to switch rooms and they were unhelpful 3- no one explains l to you anything about the amenities and you have to figure it out on your own 4 Swandor app……

“Architecture of the hotel specifically lobby is magnificent. Rooms are pretty outdated. Facilities are very far from the lobby. Game center is out of service and indoor pool is under maintenance. Quality of food and variety is really good and staff at restaurants are very helpful and great. Air conditioning was not working and we had to change the room after me insisting several times to the point that i was really disappointed. Thanks to Monica in guest services who helped a lot in this……

“喜歡環境及早餐食物的品種很多。”

“酒店早餐非常丰盛，不过不是那么适合中国人口味。房间都有阳台，可以看到部分地中海景色。酒店后门出去，顺着台阶5分钟可以下到海边。不过海滩都是卵石，非常咯脚。但地中海海水很清澈，也很平静。酒店后门出去左转走到安塔利亚博物馆不到10分钟。那里有有轨电车可以坐到安塔利亚老城。整体而言想住的舒适可以选择这家酒店，想逛景点还是靠老城更近些比较好。”
