Transportation was inconvenient since it was decently far from the main city and taxis are expensive. The surrounding area didn’t have many restaurants near by. ”

I then showed them confirmation mail and even contacted hotels.com customer service and informed them of my situation. I ended up paying twice for 1 day and received no refund nor help from hotels.com. Bad experience ”
