“Amazing place. Can’t fault a single thing. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was amazing. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Always ready to help with a buggy. Spa was amazing in a very scenic set up. Secluded yet just a few mins drive to main city centre. Pool area is nice but the pool is rather small. Breakfast is very good, made to order. Complimentary guided trek to little Adams peak just behind the resort. They gave discount vouchers for Ravana pool club and zip lining but we didn’t...

“There should be a full length mirror. Not important but a nice to have.”

“Breakfast cold at 9 am, no roomcleaning, bad management. Nice swimming pool, nice view, lot of stairs.”

“El personal fue lo más, muy amables y resolutivos! El lugar es muy lindo, se encuentra en la montaña, alejado del ruido centro, así que espectacular para poder dormir bien, volveremos ! Gracias por todo”

“I wish I could like this place more but there were a few things which would make me reconsider booking if I had known upfront. Firstly, the driveway is a pain but can deal with it if known upfront, front desk was very accommodating taking our luggage up the hill to our van. “Very nice views! Concierge like a father to us! Helpful and friendly stuff.”

“I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back.”

“This property just made me feel like I wasted all my money.I didn’t get what I paid for.Few things just made me annoyed: 1) The entire room was nasty and not cleaned properly. 2) It was smelling so bad from bathroom drainage. 3) The bathroom drainage was so bad and the entire shower area got flooded. 4) No towel was there and finally I had to call them to provide towels. 5) We found lots of insects which was unexpected. Apart from those all the staffs were so friendly and tried to help but...

“Incredible place, accomodation is luxury, views are breathtaking, staff are lovely. If I went again I wouldnt take the half board option and order off the menu as the food and options were better and not particularly expensive. ”

“Perfecto para moverte por la ciudad de Ella . El personal súper amable ! La comida muy bien ”

“Junto a una cascada, en plena naturaleza...atraviesas un puente colgante llegas a la recepción y el alojamiento encima de un árbol...rodeado de Luciérnagas...sin palabras”

“Trevlig och hjälpsam personal och god frukost! Men extremt lyhört och svårt att få upp värmen i rummet. ”

“Habitacio molt gran amb fantastiques vistes, molt ben equipada i neta. El personal molt atent i eficient. L'esmorzar excelent. Bona ubicacio i molta tranquilitat, sobretot a la piscina. Un molt bon hotel boutique”
