“It’s a real shame to feel a need to leave a negative review as this. I can honestly say that this is the first negative review we have ever left for a hotel so it is not something that we find joy in doing. We travel to similar calibre hotels every month and I can honestly say this was the worst we have ever been to and we wouldn’t recommend spending your money going here. “Great room and can’t fault the facilities and location to the centre. However, I am giving a 3 star review because the WiFi doesn’t work and the food options weren’t great. It should have been mentioned that the hotel only offers slow WiFi that only works for one hour a day”

“We arrived around 6.30pm during a crazy storm, the down pour was full on. The signs could be clearer, our driver struggled to get up the steep hill so we walked with our bags. Staff were great, had dinner in the room and cocktails, tasted great. Room was nice with great views. We would happily stay here again. ”

“This hotel has a million dollar view! I traveled in the shoulder season, meaning peace, no other guests next to my room so i enjoyed my veranda, seeing the most gorgeous sunrises. “Property as difficult to reach by vehicle, particularly at night. Situated a long way from Ella with very limited dining options. Rooms are very basic with no amenities. Breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. ”
