The hotel and surrounding area are absolutely beautiful. The hotel is a bit above the center of town and view from the room is unbeatable. Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed a cooking lesson from the chef which was fun.

General manager to junior staff has been truly amazing during our entire stay. Very clean, comfortable place for nature loving people like us. The lunch and breakfast we enjoyed a lot! We sure will come back!

Indran and John were so kind and helpful. They really made us feel at home. John''s cooking was delicious, the view from our balcony was spectacukar, and our room was clean and comfortable. We loved our stay at the Ella Alpine Resort.

Fantastic quiet spot to enjoy Koslanda area. Highly recommended if you're looking to unwind and enjoy the grounds. Staff, service, food, room, pool all great, only downside is drive time to wider activities (Ella/Lipton's Seat) make for long day trips.

Absolutely stunning property and surroundings! House and rooms are nice and clean but public spaces felt small for the 7 rooms (14 people). It is nice if you are happy to socialize and share space. Staff was amazing and accommodating - food was good, not amazing - a little hit or miss. We didn’t have the full board / all inclusive like others and I felt like the prices were high for Sri Lanka. Ella red rock was great. the guys running it went out of there way to make sure everything went smooth for us. Our starter in our tuk tuk broke on our way and they took care of it for us in under an hour! Fed us at wierd hours upon our request even delivered the food to our balcony. Food was good! View was amazing. rooms spacious. No bugs. It was hard to drive your own vehicle up the final short diry road but that the price for that view of ella rock. Only suggestion is get really exact...

Beautiful property, amazing food and friendly staffs. We enjoyed their food so much, it's probably one of the best hotel meals we've had! We also did cooking class and it was outstanding! Only wished the gym was already done when we visited.

I loved this hotel it's so good, cheap, comfortable rooms I got the one with balcony and it was amazing i even could see the sunrise in the morning. The staff is amazing and supportive I got everyday bottles of water and good breakfast and even tuk tuk to go everywhere. It's very quiet around and a great walk from the hotel to the main road.

My stay at Ella Crest by Aloft was truly wonderful. The location is perfect with breathtaking views, and the property itself is very peaceful and beautifully designed.
