“Staff are great, took care of us. The experience was applied by the lobby restaurant and bar. Firstly, it's a bar, but doesn't serve alcohol??? Some food on menu was not available. The band in the bar was TERRIBLE. Very loud drumming, we got up and left, far better food options in the mall downstairs ”

“We are very pleased because the hotel gave us a simple small cake for my son's birthday - the reason why we had the staycation in the first place. It's just that the swimming pool had quite a strong chlorine smell, and the parking area was not covered. Other than that, the experience in this hotel was great and my 5 year old son was very happy with the simple cake. Thank you Hotel Santika Mega City Bekasi for making my son's birthday special :)”

“This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I booked for 3 nights but left after 1 night and booked another hotel, leaving this room empty for 2 nights. The toilet did not flush, the bed sheets were stained and the pillows were brown.”
