"We loved our stay, but the beds were not so comfortable, quite hard, I had to exchange my pillow too as on first night couldn’t sleep on it, but it was not a problem for the staff and got one straight away. We didn’t have a kettle in our room, but when asked for one, it was delivered. Rooms have no fridge.
