“Our stay was extremely disappointing. The staff was terrible, and the level of service was simply unacceptable. The casino restaurant took over an hour to serve our food. At the breakfast buffet, I asked multiple times for coffee refills and cream while staff members were standing nearby, but no one ever came. The food itself was very average. And very overpriced. The biggest disappointment came when we returned to our room after our second night and found that it had not been serviced. I……

“Marina and deck area - excellent boardwalk for walking and sitting. We enjoyed the outdoor areas. Bathroom facilities downstairs from restaurant - need repairs and thorough cleaning daily. On Sunday morning there was a ceiling leak that wasn’t attended to for hours. Guest room - shower’s need to be descaled and scrubbed and grout cleaned. Room - nice and spacious room. A bit musty smelling; we saw the canisters to absorb moisture. Maybe those need to be changed more frequently. AC……

“When I arrived I was asked to accommodate a later check in which was not a problem for me. On our last day our excursion ran late and when I asked for additional time I was told no. After the response from the host I messaged again to see about putting our already packed luggage on the porch for pickup I didn’t get any responses back. Needless to say I figured it out.”

“We really enjoyed our stay in this home! The location is perfect with easy walking access to everything in Alice Town, plus there was a golf cart available to use for a small additional fee. Jennifer greeted us with fresh bread and showed us around the beautifully furnished and spotless home. We grabbed the provided beach chairs and towels and spent the day on the beautiful beach across from the home. The A/C was cold and the bed was super comfortable.
