"Loved the location, modern design and beautiful view from the elevated pool terrace. Standard room was nicely decorated, neat and functional but it was very very tiny with no space to move by the bed and no space for a chair and the patio was internal with no view. This was a bit disappointing for the money. Suites looked wonderful though if your budget can stretch to that."

The staff were all super friendly and could not do enough to help you was an absolute pleasure to have them there. Would recommend to anybody travelling on the garden route or staying in Plettenberg to stay here it would make an unforgettable memory. "

"Our stay at this hotel began promisingly with a comfortable room, friendly staff, and good food. However, this positive experience took a sharp turn when we returned to find our room door wide open, with all our valuables—electronics, passports, clothing—exposed to anyone who walked by. Given that our room was less than 10 feet from an occupied room and only 50 feet from a restaurant open to the public, this situation was both unsettling and unacceptable. "Check-in and reception staff were very accommodating. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean with a great attention to detail. The bed and bed linen were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding, beat poached eggs ever. Will be back there on our next travels through the garden route. "

"This place is incredible! Front desk were so happy and welcoming, tour was really helpful. Facilities (rooftop pool, parkade, hallways and restaurant) were so clean and lovely. The apartment was incredible, only regret is not staying longer, 2 nights was not enough, would recommend 3-4.
