"Stayed for a quick weekend away from Manila and it was the right decision. I wanted a quiet and low key stay away from the noise and bustle of the city areas. Panglao itself is a very laid back location for exactly that. The biggest highlight was how friendly, welcoming and truly amazing the staff were. They went above and beyond for each and every guest and would find ways to make you feel appreciated and valued. They treated me so well from the moment I arrived to every minute in between and...

"Staff was friendly. Place good and room. But the bed and the bedsheets and pillow smells so bad. Please remember that cleanliness is the most important."

The only bad thing about this hotel is the transportation. They have only one shuttle to alona beach and the taxi arragements are overpriced. Better take a tricicle.

First of all let me say this was a hidden gem! I wanted to be away from the tourist spots for some R&R and found this place in Anda. Nothing but great reviews from other guest,so I thought I would give them a try. It was about about 2 hour drive from the city but it was a smooth ride. Did not have to deal with the traffic like in manila. When me and my girlfriend first arrived,we were promptly greeted by the owner Ralph and later on his Wife Jlo..he showed us around their property and ensured us...

The Cocotree Resort is a modern retreat. It’s accessible from the main road, but once you’ve entered the resort, you’ll feel like you’re in an excluded area. It’s peaceful and serene. There is a restaurant on site with other eateries within walking distance. A shuttle is offered to take you to the local beaches, though Grab car services are very reasonably priced. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. I will definitely look to book here...

Picked this property for the 2 bedroom apartment. The property itself is decent. Rooms are spacious, clean, starting to get a little dated perhaps. The kitchen living area was also good. However, no Air con in that area so it was fairly warm but we managed just fine. The bedrooms had air con. I asked for a better knife and a fry pan and no problem, here you go. Ran out of propane on the last lunch and the same with the bottle of water..again, no problem at all. The pool was good, the outside...

This is a little gem on Alona Beach. Such a great deal for the price. Really good breakfast, awesome entertainment in the evening, and the staff are wonderful. I was there for diving and super close to the shop, minutes walk and the rooms are just steps to the beach

The place is not beach resort however they do have well maintained clean beach. If you are looking for the beach, you need to go next door. It is mostly for scuba diving and any other diving related activities. They have a great scuba school and their dive master to take you many places. The water is so clean and visibility is very high. The food at restaurant is excellent of local and Western cuisine. And price is very reasonable. How good they are, I usually don't like to stay hotels where...
