“The bathroom was filthy. The floor and sink had hair and dirt around the outer edges of the vanity and in all the corners near the baseboards by the wall.”

“Staff was great. Old, run down, under construction. Several areas closed off including the pool, hotel entrance, etc... Lots of extra walking due to these areas being roped off. I wouldn't have minded this if I was forewarned.”

“When i went to breakfast still way before serving stopped, most of the containers were empty. The staff person advised she would be refillling. After having checked once, after over thirty minutes, i needed to leave. Disappointing. Our TV didn't work and the front desk was advised. The guy came and got our TV and brought another which did not work. After two more tries of bringing non-working TV's, he was frustrated, mumbling and cussing under his breath, we told him to forget about it. ……

“The room was okay with a comfortable bed. Had an elevator to go the 2nd or 3rd floor but it was hot. Everything was okay but the only thing I didn't like was that I had to park a lil far from my room but I actually was able to park right by the elevator. I also liked that the property shared a parking lot with Denny's so dinner was very easy to get. Very easy check in and check out.”

“Nice peaceful and quiet great hotel and location”

“Our suite was roomy with well thought out furniture. The facility has many pleasant amenities and the visual appeal is high.”

“Nice place for an overnight stay. Property is relatively new but some worn scraps and scratches on the furniture and walls. There’s a train that runs close by but not terribly loud.”

“Property needs a little TLC, the only thing I could say is the young gentleman who checked us in tried really hard to make sure we were happy. Helped us get a room we needed for our four legged kiddo.”

“Fine for the most part. The bed was way too hard for our taste so we didn’t get much sleep. I found out the next day that if we would have shown our room key card at Texas Roadhouse we would have gotten 20% off. That should have been mentioned at check-in. That cost us $27.”

“The carpet is dirty, the rooms stink like it has been wet, the shower looked dirty. This hotel is in bad need of a major upgrade.”

“Staff was nice enough. There are NO amenities. Our stay was from Tues. thru Sun. Had to request clean towels by taking the used towels to the front office myself as I was told there was only (1) housekeeper. Please bring your own cooking utensils, kitchen ware etc., garbage bags. The outside of the property left a lot to be desired; it needs a complete overhaul. The pool was out of service as well. The room itself was O.K. but needs remodeling as well. The sofa was Filthy. We had to go to the……
