“all inclusive: Na área do bar, apesar de divulgarem uma grande variedade de drinks, na prática a única opção que realmente vale a pena é a caipirinha. Os demais é suco com álcool, deixando a desejar no sabor e na qualidade. Outro ponto é o camarão, que é servido em tamanho minúsculo Sobre o lago, não recomendo a pesca — simplesmente não tem peixe, então acaba sendo perda de tempo. No geral, acho importante alinhar melhor o que é prometido com o que é entregue, principalmente para quem cria……

“Staff was great! The entertainment people were amazing! The buffet needs alots of improvement, it was the same food everyday same stuff for breakfast same stuff for dinner. Also needs improvement with their card system I had alots of issues with the Water park entrance on both days.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Carmel Cumbuco Resort and would highly recommend it. The resort itself is beautiful, with spacious and well-appointed rooms — the only minor suggestion we would make is to add a chair to the room, which would make it even more comfortable. The real highlight of our stay, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. Carol and Joaquim in the café and restaurant were warm, attentive and a pleasure to interact with throughout our stay. Special mention must go to……
