“Actually stuff are very kind and helpful. But they need a good team management , and Actually they have a lot of problems. First they did not find me at aeroport (I have reserved aeroport pickup service), and they refuse to give me innvoice when I check out, I really do very Bad impression here.”

“Very helpful Staffa s good spacious rooms. Only let down is the public bar was hired out to a private function and so other guests were left to use the second restaurant. This restaurant has good staff but because it is too big, hence the ambience is lacklustre in my humble opinion.”

“Arrived at the hotel I need to be told that the facilities were not available to use the pool was under construction and the entire outside space was a construction site. This was not made clear at time of booking and hugely disappointing hotels also located in a derelict area.”

“Bonjour, comme échangé avec vous nous avons été surpris que notre paiement n'ait pas été communiqué à l'hotel ce qui nous amis dans une situation désagréable de devoir justifier le prélevement. Reponse de l'hotel nous n'avons pas de contrat avec hotel.com et Expedia. Première surprise. deuxième surprise , ils nous ont demandé de repayer une deuxième fois ce qu'on a refusé et de vous demander le remboursement. Le responsable Accor de cote d'ivoire et le responsable de l'hotel n'ont vraiment pas……

“The room was excellent and the facility and location fantastic. The only issues were the transport back and forth across the river, a little spotty at times and the food was good but not great.”

“Otel cok yeni ve cok temiz. Personel cok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Özellikle otelin Novotel ile bağlantılı oluşu fiyat performans konusunda çok üst düzeyde olmasını sağlıyor. Restoran harika, kahvaltı kesinlikle yeterli ve lezzetli. Havuz ve gym imkanlari cok iyi. Kesinlikle yine bu otelde konaklayacagim.”
