“Muy bonito, excelente estadía! El desayuno debería ser con un buffet más atractivo y con porciones que sean buffet, es el único aspecto a mejorar de lo demás hermoso para compartir en familia!”

“Amazing history, everywhere you walk. Smelt good despite everything being old so appreciated! Not really established as a hotel though more a monastery maybe. Place was cold. Had to ask for fireplace to be made up. No heating anywhere else in the hotel. No ambiance, dead quiet everywhere. One friendly receptionist / manager, everyone else seemed impossible to get hold of. Food arrived cold, which given the place was cold I guess it wad standard. Some of the food on the menu that they did have,……

“The manager did not honor my reservation , I showed my paid receipt ,but they didn't care . They said that they do not get paid for xpedia and were very rude . Do not book there . Terrible experience. I had to book in another hotel . I waste time and money .”

“I arrived at the hotel and the staff could not find my reservation. The staff also claimed hotel does not accept pre-paid reservations as a matter of policy and hence I would have to pay them in cash as they also did not have any way to receive payment by credit card. Since I had insufficient cash on me anyway, I refused to pay twice for what was already way overpriced accommodations in Latacunga, Ecuador. ”

“Por favor señores usuarios esta es una estafa el hostal está cerrado desde hace mucho tiempo el dueño falleció sin embargo no te realizan el reembolso por favor no caigan en esta trampa. Voy a dar seguimiento a este comentario no se dejen estafar ”

“Beautiful family run hotel with excellent attention to detail. Beautiful fresh roses everywhere. We stayed in a two bedroom suite which was excellent. Maria Angela could not have done more for us. Thank you so much for the beautiful stay. ”
