"The room was large, however it is very outdated with no routine maintenance. The tub was dirty and the toilet base had urine streaks all down the front. The flooring was all laminate and cold. The included breakfast was warm pods of OT, granola bar and a tropical fruit cup, not impressed."

"Grace's upstate NY house is comfortable, commodious and very enjoyable. It is the best equipped house I have rented (among many), with lots of room, kitchen equipment, etc, all in great shape and easy to use. Four adults were super comfy in the house. Communication with Grace was also easy and effective."

The house and property were magnificent! So immaculately and comfortably designed, and the grounds were nothing short of picturesque. "The cabin was beautiful, clean and well equipped with amenities. The property grounds with the private waterfall - amazing! Jason was responsive as needed and provided excellent restaurant tips.
