“Convenient to all attractions in the area.”

“Had a few small issues with the room on check-in (refrigerator not working, smoke detector battery low, tv not working) but they were fixed immediately upon being brought to the attention of staff. In addition, circumstances beyond our control meant we had to stay an extra night and the front desk staff was extremely friendly, understanding, and got us setup for the extra night without having to change rooms. Would recommend this Motel to anyone on a budget that needs a place to stay in Oneonta.”

“I always have a great time at this property, it's so scenic. Each room has a microwave and fridge which comes in handy as does the little table to sit at. The tv is a flat screen with a couple of hundred channels for night time. There's a little stream in the back if you care to sit back there. It's an older property, but you get the most bang for your buck here and of course it's very clean.”

“Property was nice and clean. Parking lot right besides the house. Restaurant downstairs to dine, which unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to make it to. I was bummed, a lot of locals said the food was delicious! We stayed there for a wedding. Rooms are small basically just a room and bathroom. Not much walking room but we just stayed there to sleep and shower so it was fine for us. And all I cared was that it was clean, which it was ! Only recommendation is to put a full length mirror for……

“I stayed in the turquoise room on a solo trip, and it was absolutely lovely! The house is beautiful, and so historic! I never got to meet the hosts, but they left me a note with all the check-in instructions. I enjoyed waking up to coffee and breakfast! I will definitely be back! :)”
