“The staff was phenomenal. The constant banging due to improvement was the only downside to the hotel. We traveled 24 hours n wanted a quick nap but the banging was right outside the balcony. Loved the chocolates on the made up beds, felt special our entire stay. Breakfast was great....had 1 hiccups w room service and another one at dinner the next night. Have already recommended f”

“We were blown away with the Treehouse and wanted to try the Birdhouse. We booked both and went back and forth. It was such a unique property and experience. The meals were fantastic and gourmet. It rained during our visit for the Falls but this property made the trip worth the effort. Edwina from Washington, DC.”

“El hotel es bonito y la ubicación es privilegiada, pero el personal, salvo el recepcionista del día en que llegamos poco servicial. Además, siendo una zona con pocos atractivos turísticos creo que lo logico es que hubieran vestuarios para poder cambiarse y ducharse el último día. Te dicen que hay vestuarios, pero lo único que hay son unos baños donde antes había duchas, pero las quitaron. Además te obligan a pedir una bebida alcoholica en la bebida gratuita, costando menos una cerveza o refresco……
