The staff is very helpful and highly professional, ( Mehmet was amazing), typical Turkish breakfast served in a beautiful veranda. In addition they transported us to the airport with a very fair price. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting this gem town. "

"The bedroom is large with a wide bed. There were complaints about the kitchen. Despite the fact that there is an oven in the kitchen, there is no frying pan, no saucepan, no spoon or fork in the kitchen"

"The hotel is beautiful and historical however there was only warm water available for showering at 9pm, water was freezing cold or luke warm. The hotel advertisement states they have a laundry service, when I asked the receptionist she advised they did not have a laundry service. We also had to ask for clean towels and the bed to be changed and room to be cleaned. The room which was the Presidential suite 316 was cold on arrival, radiators not on for the duration of our stay, there was air con unit for heating however wasn’t very effective. The porter was very helpful and an asset to the hotel, unfortunately I wouldn’t stay there again. "
