"I booked with a little bit of skepticism, however when I arrived staff was very helpful and friendly. My room in the fifth floor had a great view overlooking the city with a big windows. Mary the cleaning lady did an outstanding job keeping the room clean. "

However, we found that the rest of the staff seemed less interested in assisting us, which made certain parts of our stay less enjoyable. Additionally, the process of ordering and receiving food from the pool area took much longer than expected. Improving this service would make a big difference in the overall guest experience"
