“This was such a fun property and the location with Goat Island Park across the street was perfect. The addition of a gas grill for cooking out would have enhanced our food choices as we enjoyed the pool! Our host was very attentive. We really enjoyed connecting with family in the area!”

“Communication with the owner was swift and informative. Always helpful and quick to respond. House was perfect, one larger bedroom and bathroom downstairs with two bedrooms, one with a double bunk bed , and bathroom upstairs. Well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if visiting Belmont. Absolutely perfect.”

“comfortable and cozy”

“We visited the property for a family vacation. Check in was smooth and the property was quiet, clean and well-equipped. There was one small hiccup along the way. I chalk it up to the time of year, but there were some ants concentrated in the kitchen. I messaged the host and he sent additional bait traps and ensured that pest control came out the next day. I was pleased with the prompt response and the rest of the trip went off without a hitch.”
