“Excellent check process, responsive virtual front desk, clean, most of all super convenient - light rail across the road, Optimist Hall (restaurants/take out/coffee) just up the road. Kitchen fully equipped, modern appliances. Hard to go back to a hotel after staying 3 days here - other than needing to do a small grocery shop to stock up if needed.”

“Would never book here again.. drove 12 hours and when we got into the place it hardly looked cleaned. No one ever came to restock the toiletries or towels etc. Extra sheets that were given for the pull out couch literally had cigarette burn holes in them and there was a sheet left on the pull out couch with fecal stains on it. Upon leaving yesterday we also saw cockroaches. Never again. outrageous price for 3 nights not worth it. Not to mention every time we needed to talk to the front desk no……
