“Helpful folks- they saw I was with my Father (79) and was struggling to find a place to wait until 2 PM (their check in time)….and helped with an early check in at 11 AM! Staff was very helpful overall, food was ok but the portions were generous. If you are not from India, you’ll not like the food- its all Indian stuff and heavy on oil. Parking was a major bummer. They claimed they had a tie up with a garage, my driver could never find the place and the hotel staff couldn’t share location via……

“Lovely, traditional boutique mansion on banks of Ganga. Lots of in house activities. Private ghat, where railings can trap some flotsam. Buffet Indian and Continental breakfast.”

“I was very disappointed with the quality of services provided by the staff, particularly front office/reception staff. They did not seem to be well trained and professional in their approaches For example, I had to request them to arrange the welcome ritual and welcome drink for us. We had to wait to get the room even after reaching after 2 pm. They could not arrange a rented car in time for our travel to Rishikesh etc. etc. Only nice hotel building does not ensure appreciation from your……

“Clean rooms , clean linen sheets and towels . Staff very friendly and polite Excellent location for Ganga Darshan , Aarti and Dips along with Pitr Poojas and Mundans. Centrally located right in the heart of Haridwar with easy access to Hari Ki Pauri and all other Ghats. You wouldn’t find any other place like this anywhere in Haridwar with quality , privacy and security features 24/7. I started my Char Dham Yatra from this hotel on April 20th and upon completion on April 27th , I returned here……
