It might also be helpful to add a sign indicating the property, as it's not easy to find the place when arriving for the first time. Our GPS directed us to a nearby house, and it's also difficult to locate the property at night."

As we were 3 couples and a baby we were lucky enough to have a floor each which was perfect.
