“Right next door to exhibition Center which is great. It’s a typical chinese 5 star hotel with 3 star level of service. The gym had one recumbent exercise bike that didn’t work with no upright bikes. The pool was full of kids having a swimming lesson when I wanted a swim after a long day. Room very nice though. ”

Upon booking it was clearly mention pay at the hotel upon check out but at the time of booking either hotel or hotels.com took 1 night deposit and at the hotel also took 2nights so total 3 nights paid. No one took responsibility. Ended up keep calling Hotels.com CS and hotel, long waiting and bound back and forth, finally will get 1 night refund but don’t know when. ”
