“This is the best hotel I never seen before ”

“Zumrut is just a stone throw away from the main slope and gondler. They have their own ski equipment shop at the main gate. Food wise is a bit limited but adequate. The staff are really friendly and helpful and our rooms where clean. In terms of facilities there isn't much and the hotel isn't in the same class as others along this strip, but it is excellent value for money. ”

İçeride tabak kaşık vs. Herhangi bir şey yok.bunu bilerek hazırlıklı gelinebilir. Temizliği fena değil. Bir yıldız kırmamın sebebi banyodaki fayans bonbelenmilşti değişmesi gerekir diye düşünüyorum. Onun dışında memnun kaldık. Teşekkür ederiz. 🌸”

“城市边上了，靠近火车站。条件不错，年轻的老板还是前台，会英语，很棒，热情，帮提行李，电话叫出租车，随时提供帮助。早餐丰富，很喜欢，房间也干净，推荐！”

“Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und höflich. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause war sehr sauber und ruhig. ”

“Es war ein sehr toller Aufenthalt. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht. Vorallem die Gästebetreuung (Göksu Hanim, Beytullah Bey) haben sich 24h um uns gekümmert. Auch über Whatsapp ständig erreichbar gewesen 🙏 Das Hotel ist neu und sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Es gibt ein Miniclub für Kinder. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Direkt an der Piste. Zu den anderen Pisten gibt es auch ein Shuttle Service. Man kann die komplette Ski Ausstattung im Ski Raum buchen. Die……

“T.V. noise did echo throughout the rooms on our floor and walls but was otherwise good.”

“The staff is very helpful. Location is very good, everything in walkable distance. Wifi is very good. We were staying at the Ground Floor room, where there are noises from the drainage system in the building all the time. There is often cigarette smoke smell in the apartment which we have to open the window at all times. ”
