"Enjoyed our stay, staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms recently updated very clean. Unfortunately the entire hotel, including non smoking rooms smells a bit like cigarettes. Staff was very helpful when we asked to move to another room due to smell, and helped find us a room that smelled less of cigarettes. Spent most time at the pool so we enjoyed the amenities. "

"The room was not clean. There was a stain on the bedspread. Outside on the balcony, the armchair was torn and there was no cover for it, so I couldn’t sit on it. The chairs outside were also very dirty, and there was a terrible smell on the balcony. The table outside was broken. Inside, there was also a problem with the toilet—every time I used it and came out, water would be left all over the floor."
