“We had high expectations for this stay after hearing good things about it, but our experience was very disappointing.
The infinity pool was unstaffed; we could not find anyone to provide towels or help with umbrellas. There was no music and way too many insects. We waited an entire hour after the bar's open time but it never opened and no one ever showed up.
We walked into the spa and waited for 10 mins but no one was around.
The recreation room seemed abandoned and not maintained. Like……
