"Major problem: dirty (brown!) water flowing in the sink and the shower. When reported to Hotel Management, they only said that “the hotel is not responsible”, that “I should just wait for the water to clear”. This happened 4 days out of my 9-day stay. "Nothing like the picture, I booked for a room with a kitchen, living room and toilet. But I only got a room and a toilet. The description said the place is 16 min drive away from the American embassy. But it’s over 2 hours drive . I almost missed my appointment at the embassy."

"The reservation process needs to be reviewed: for a second time this year, I arrived only to find out that they did not have my reservation. Apparently, according to the property, reservations are not transmitted to them in a timely manner. Let’s work on this Expedia, so we can avoid the embarrassment of arriving and being told that they do not have our room!"

"Overall a good experience. Security was great. Manager was very responsive as the main bedroom A/C didn’t work for three days, and the refrigerator needed to be replaced; balcony was dirty and was never swept; bathrooms only came with one towel each, and the worst, was the internet. No matter the time of day, it was mostly non-existent. I suggest 2-3 extra towels for unit, and, as they only came to clean once in 11 days, an extra set of sheets for the beds. "The description of the hotel on Expedia DID NOT SAY IT IS SO FAR OUT OF TOWN THAT TAXIS WONT EVEN COME HERE. This place is like Hotel California you can check in but u can never leave. It was like a prison. Leaving to go anywhere is an ordeal that requires finding a taxi long in advance. How this place doesn't offer a car service is ridiculous. It takes 45 mins to get into town. I was told it would take 3 hours to get to the airport in traffic (it took 1.5 hrs in no traffic at 5am). To make matters worse ordering a pizza took over an hour on a Sunday afternoon and when checking out their credit card reader didn't even work and they don't even have an ATM. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful but what a God forsaken location. Never again. "
