“While the apartment was modern and clean, the standout aspect of this accommodation is the personnel and their genuine willingness to meet guests’ needs. “Clean room, excellent location closed to everything. Hotel has security 24h/24 and easy to move around due to location on major road. “Elevator did not work when we were there (room located on floor 3). Spa was OK but with terrible noise (works ongoing), making the whole experience sour. Receptionist with poor service manners insisted on asking us to pay additional fees (when we booked online and paid most taxes online). We ended up adding $5 in cash to the overall invoice. Trick of the day : they fined us $18 for losing the (plastic) room keycard - which probably is left somewhere in the bedroom.”
