“This was the second time I've stayed in this hotel and it wont be the last one whenever I'm in Leon. Clean room, comfy bed, hot shower, great A/C. The staff are great all the way from front desk to the guards. The free breakfast is good as well. Ill definitely be back!”

Nota : queda un poco alejado de la carretera principal 20 min en camioneta y la carretera es de tierea y piedra asi que hay que tener paciencia pero cuando lleguen al sitio valdra todo el viaje .”

“Hotel Tranquilo is a great hotel for people that want a quiet, safe, relaxing spot but be within walking distance of the other attractions, bars, and restaurants. We stayed there for 5 nights. The food was good...staff excellent, friendly and helpful...The atmosphere is relaxed even with multiple rooms are full there is enough space either on the two story palapa or in the well maintained pool to just chill. The after hours drink policy is fair and pretty awesome. (I definitely used it). Would……

“We did get the room that only has a standing fan which was extremely loud. There were other rooms with different fans that were more quiet. Otherwise great location, everything walkable, it was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and breakfast was fine but starts only at 8am. ”

“First off, nobody speaks any English, so make sure your Spanish is good. The rooms, furniture and fixtures were highly used at best. There was only intermittent water made available for drinking and I had to go to the nearby hostel to fill my water bottle. Meal service was shaky and the staff seemed put out every time you asked for something. Though breakfast was included you have to ask for a voucher each morning from the receptionist who is never there. They also did not seem to offer any type……
