"I am an advid traveler, and I enjoy all types of lodging accommodations. However, this property was not presented as described. I never received check-in instructions nor the code to access the property even though the information was requested days before my arrival. Upon arriving to the property the exterior of the home was not maintain. The driveway was littered with multiple trash bags and empty alcohol content and the trash bin was full to capacity. "Hotel is conveniently located just off I-57\. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within 2 miles. Property is in very good condition. Rooms are larger than many competitors. Breakfast offerings are comparable to competitors. Staff is accommodating and friendly. Breakfast room very clean and employee was cleaning tables as soon as they were vacated. We’ll stay at this hotel again."

"The parking was very convenient, however, i booked a king bed and they gave us a room with 2 queen beds. Pretty sure there was black mold all over the bathroom ceiling. The shower had little black hairs everywhere, and the one "clean" towel they gave us had a long dark hair in it when i went to use it. We like staying here because its close to family but will definitely reconsider different options next time. We feel it is just going downhill. It could be a really nice hotel if it was taken care of and kept up. Also, the sauna and got tub are never open. "
