"Kruger Shalati is the quintessential destination for experiencing the wonders of Kruger National Park. The game drives were exceptional, with Thuli, our driver and guide, ensuring we saw as many animals as possible. Sibusiso, our host, was incredibly warm and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. The standout feature of Kruger Shalati is undoubtedly its breathtaking views. From both the rooms and the hotel itself, the scenery is unparalleled, making it one of the most unique locations I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. In my opinion, the hotel boasts the best views in all of Kruger. One suggestion for improvement would be to heat the pool in the honeymoon suite, but overall, the experience was nothing short of spectacular."

"Kruger Gate Hotel is an amazing hotel to visit if you are visiting the Kruger National Park! The amenities are wonderful and the hotel is located just along the sabie river which is good for spotting animals! Staffs are amazing and helpful throughout the stay! Hotel is beautiful especially their dinners atmosphere is simply phenominal! Will definitely recommend"

"The estate is beautiful. The restaurant serves very good food at good prices. But one of room stank of smoke and had no heating (it was 4C outside in the evening) and staff would not do anything until I very firmly asked for another room. In the morning running around the estate I got to see zebras, springboks and water bucks. So very happy stay in the end. "

"The overall stay was OK. Room amenities where great and it was very comfortable. However, it was very noisy the Saturday morning when we woke, workers and guests. I had to phone in on Saturday afternoon when our room was not made up when we were gone the entire day, even when indicated so with the sign on the door. "

"Always go for the deluxe rooms there are resident Waterbucks there and Hippos and crocodiles in the river and Elephants cross the river at night to feed in front of the rooms , the hotel sits just outside the Malelane gate an area famous for Leopards along the Crocodile river area the hotel has very good food and friendly staff "
