“I requested an Airport Pick Up however, the travel company they work with is rubbish. The driver came 40 minutes late. Secondly, he came with pick up truck to pick up from airport as an insult.”

At this price point, that’s not something you would expect to see. They need to exterminate the place. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay there again. “I experienced a major issue when my room flooded due to a faulty tap. However, the general manager was very professional, offering a sincere apology and compensation for a future stay. This was my third time staying here, and it was the first time I've ever had a problem. My only suggestion for the hotel is to respond more promptly to urgent issues like this, rather than waiting until the following day to resolve them.”
