“A couple of hiccups at the start but staff and management rallied and made the stay very enjoyable. The service from everyone was first class. I can personally recommend the breakfast! Fantastic buffet, eggs poached to perfection and best cream donuts in Zimbabwe! Convenient location allows walking around cbd and great to park the car off the busy streets.”

“Our stay at Eden Lodge was horrible and the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. There was no power on in hotel as the generator is only turned on at 6.00pm and the staff were using a torch to try and find our booking. We booked and paid 6 weeks before our stay but the reception had no record of our booking and payment when we tried to book in. Our booking details and payment were only confirmed the next morning. The trainee receptionist was clueless and had a serious case of body odour. Her……
