"The staff was very friendly, and the room was clean! My shower had a leaky faucet though, and the shower floor looked a bit dirty. However, they had a rubber mat to cover it, so it was okay. I ordered room service and it was excellent."

"Great hotel that is situated in a convenient location. We had the family room which fitted our family (2 adults and 12 and 9 year old children) comfortably. The rooms are clean and serviced every day. There is a small rooftop pool. There is a food court below which was great. We opted for breakfast to be included in our stay but also ate dinner there a few times."

The staff were so friendly and helpful, they booked us a taxi for our early flight the next morning. The buffet at Ink and Plate was quite expensive but that is to be expected. We got a photo with Donald Duck after dinner and loved exploring the gardens before we went to bed. It was a lovely stay."
