"The pool was not clean. My daughter and granddaughter were itchy the entire night. Even after two showers. All the extra costs were ridiculous. After spending almost 500 dollars a nigh, the required extra for parking (not valet) for a parking lot that was filled to the brim."

"The place is so lovely! It rained the whole time we were there and we never saw the volcano but it did not matter. We spent our whole time on the property. The jacuzzi we had was amazing and the food in the restaurants was delicious!"
