"The staff that was responsible for the daily entertainment did a fantastic job. Everything from learning to dance on the beach to play darts and dancing at the nightly events was well done. "Clean room, friendly staff, and a beautiful beach view from the balcony. We also enjoyed the swim‑up bar. One thing to note: the second elevator didn’t open on the 4th floor. We were stuck briefly and later learned the door doesn’t always open there."

"The place is so lovely! It rained the whole time we were there and we never saw the volcano but it did not matter. We spent our whole time on the property. The jacuzzi we had was amazing and the food in the restaurants was delicious!"
